Quite honestly. No one on this site has "extremly" long hair. My hair is mid thigh...all of it. Im a 41 yr old male musician and getting the ass of not being able to do anything with it other than putting it in a pony tail. In that sense,why bother having it so long,right? I want to go short hair. Kinda like Mike Dirnt,from Green Day or Riki Rachtman.Maybe a pomp...or a low profile mohawk. I got a lot of good ideas from this site.

I let my hair grow really long and it's all halfway down my back. I have really thick black dark hair almost black. I use to color it when it was only collar length. But my hair grows so fast so a colored it back to natural black. I get a lot of compliments from coworkers and customers I meet at work. Half the time I ended up putting my hair up in a pony tail. It's straight but kind of wavy at the tips. I want a knew look more of a wavy style. Is that bad?
