• Image Quality Issues
  If, upon manual review, your uploaded image doesn’t meet our guidelines for successful AI processing, we won’t issue a refund. Instead, we’ll offer a free redo—along with clear specs—to help you get the perfect result.
• Partial Satisfaction
  Enjoy some of your AI-generated styles but not all? We don’t offer partial refunds for individual images.
• Downloads
  Once you download any AI-generated hairstyle, it’s considered accepted and non-refundable. You’re always welcome to preview every result before downloading.

3. Refund Timing

• Review Period: 2–3 business days
• Processing Time: 7–10 business days back to the original payment method
• Note: We cannot issue refunds to alternate accounts.
