Bi Rain (Jeong Ji-hoon) is a Korean actor & singer. His shoulder length layered haircut makes him look more cute. The cut can be achieved with a razor cut. While the look can be achieved by applying a small amount of wax & flipping the ends out to create the light & airy look. Finish the look with a soft hold hairspray for a hold that will keep the wispy look in top condition.

i am actually gonna be getting this cut this week! i also am korean and have shoulder length hair but prob will need to get it straightened. hoping it turns out like Rain’s first photo!

razor cut. then when styling use a plantor then hair wax.. gatsby or watevr.. thats it…
i still hae this style… the 1st pic is fake coz he had extensions on him.. mine is sharper and real:) i have my hair rebonded so i can style it layerd etc,, ^^
