You need a hair straightener (flat iron), hair dryer, mousse, & hair lacquer. Not all products are created equal but depend on your hair type & texture.

the way to get this much txture is to razor, and the lrge amount of hairspray HE HAS GOES ALONG WAY

You don't have have to be asian to have the perfect straight, edgy hair.
Being asian is irrelevant.
These are some more edgy looks. straighten your hair completely,
a little hairspray, a blowdryer, form to the shape you want.
