I like the haircut on him, but I don't think it will work for alot of people. If you like your hair long it's a mistake to get it cut like this.. my friend had a bad experience with this cut.

okay back to the hairtyles, if you wnthe top one then ask your hairdresser for a short graduated haircut keeping the layers longer through the top and front.As for the longer styles, they're all cut pretty much the same way..ask the stylist for uniform layering...to whatever length you specify, with lots of texuring for that easy slightly 'unkempt' look, the key to the longer styles though is the profiling and how the hair frames or 'rests' on the face. And to one of the previous comments, even you have thinner hair a uniform layer will help to promote thickness within the style.If you take a picture in to your stylist they will know exactly what to do and will save you a lot of hassle lol...p.s it doesnt make you gay either, just smart for getting exactly the style you want.
