Tukul Arwana is an Indonesian comedian. He becomes very rich & famous after presented 4 Mata (4 eyes) talkshow which combine talkshow with comedy & rube.
He always applies flattop hairstyle which is cut by using a clipper close to the scalp on the both sides & back side and leaves hair flat & straight to the top.
